These terms govern your use of RunIt and this website. RunIt is operated by Dream Big Fast LLC, a Utah limited liability company ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using RunIt, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use RunIt.

What RunIt is

RunIt is an AI assistant that connects to the communication accounts you choose, drafts replies in your voice, tracks commitments and follow-ups, and takes actions you approve. How RunIt handles your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

Your approval, your messages

• RunIt proposes. You decide. Drafts and actions wait for your approval unless you turn on automatic replies for a specific conversation yourself.
• Messages sent from your accounts are your messages. You are responsible for what you approve and send, and for any automatic replies you switch on.
• AI can be wrong. Drafts can misread context, get a fact wrong, or miss the tone. Review what you approve.

Your accounts and the platforms they live on

RunIt works through accounts you own on other platforms, including Google, Apple, and Meta. You are responsible for keeping those accounts secure and for following each platform's own terms. Those platforms can change or limit access at any time, and we are not responsible for their decisions or availability. For text messages, you sign into your own Mac yourself, and we never hold your Apple credentials.

You agree to use RunIt only for your own communications and those you are authorized to handle, and not to use it for bulk, unsolicited, or automated marketing messages.

Fees

Paid plans are billed through Stripe at the price shown when you sign up or in your written agreement with us. Unless your agreement says otherwise, plans renew monthly until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time effective at the end of the current billing period. If you have a signed agreement with us, such as a design partner agreement, and it conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement controls.

Your data

You own your data. You give us permission to process it only as needed to run RunIt for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export or delete it at any time.

Using RunIt properly

Please do not:

• Use RunIt to harass anyone, send spam, or break the law
• Connect accounts you do not own or are not authorized to use
• Attempt to access another customer's data or interfere with RunIt's systems
• Copy, resell, or reverse engineer RunIt to build a competing product

We may suspend accounts that break these rules or put other customers or platforms at risk.

Changes and availability

RunIt is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep it reliable, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free, and features may change as we improve it. We do not promise any particular result, such as a specific amount of time saved.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dream Big Fast LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of RunIt. Our total liability for any claim relating to RunIt is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending your use

You can stop using RunIt and close your account at any time. When your account closes, we delete your data as described on our Data Deletion page.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page will change when we do, and we will tell you directly about material changes before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute relating to RunIt will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
